Description of duties: This functional position will report to the CEO and will oversee the existing team of customer service professionals and inside customer support staff. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast paced constantly changing environment, developing and implementing strategy to maintain and grow existing market share and grab share in newly developing markets. He or she should be an independent thinker equally comfortable working alone or with the executive team.

Areas of Responsibility:
Inside Sales;
Generate and manage goal specific inside sales campaigns
Manage the CSR function, ensuring the highest customer satisfaction
Ensure accuracy in order entry
Establish and manage inside sales targets
Maintain rapport with production to establish current lead times
Analysis and distribution of monthly sales leads
Generate and present meaningful weekly/monthly and quarterly
reports providing analysis and recommendations
Marketing;
Develop, implement and review market strategy and plans
Create marketing and sales collateral to support existing and future initiatives
Maintain and enhance e business presence, ensuring that it is current and relevant

4 Year college degree or 2 year and relevant experience (Business Admin/Marketing preferred)

Description of duties:
Manage client relationship for large international account
Source client requirements
Negotiate terms with vendors
Present quotes to client
Purchase client approved product
Coordinate delivery to client
Act as liaison between US based purchasing office, vendor and international agent.
