rubber inserts are also available for additional pull-out resistance
on .080 diameter wire and smaller.

#1 Style Hooks
Plain Formed Edge for screens of 5/16" and larger diameter
wire. Edges are annealed by controlling heating before
forming to eliminate cracking and breakage. |

Reinforced Shroud Banded Edge is standard for screens of up to
1/4", and also available on diameters of 5/16" and 3/8" on
request. |

End Tension Style Hook

length (L) and angle (A) vary from machine to machine. |

#3 Style Hooks
Inside Reinforced Formed Edge for screens of 1/4" diameter
wire and larger for uniform tensioning. A 1/8" mild steel
insert is welded inside the wire hooks |

#4 Style Hooks
Welded Bent Plate Edge for extremely large wire diameter
screens and special vibrators. A 3/16" or 1/4" mild steel
angle is welded on the screen edge. |

Non Standard Edges
Standard hook length is 1" and standard angle is 45° - 65° on
all #1, #2, #3, and #4 edges. Other hook dimensions are
available on request. When ordering non- standard edges, give
the angle of the formed edge (A) and hook length (L). |
